Your time is precious, so is ours.

Please, give us 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.

Time can never be recuperated

Last minute delays and cancellations put a lot of pressure on therapists. Our profession is physically demanding, which limits our services to only a few clients per day.
Please, notify us of any cancellation in advance. It helps us provide quality care while preserving our quality of work life.

Our online service allows you to receive an email reminder of your appointment 24 hours in advance, but you remain responsible for your choice of booking.

Make sure you are on time

Make sure you choose an appointment time that you know you will be able to attend in time. Our therapists will try to give you as much time as possible but they too have commitments and other clients. If you are late, we will charge you for the full treatment you have previously chosen as this time has been scheduled for your therapist.

We want to give you the best possible service! A massage is so pleasant, why would you want only half of it!
